Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Parallel Performance. This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds for our digital products and our coaching service. Please read it carefully before making a purchase — by completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Digital products (training plans & session guides)

Our training plans, session libraries and other digital downloads are delivered instantly as digital files. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable once your purchase is complete and the download has been made available to you.

Under UK consumer law you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. However, for digital downloads this right ends once the download begins. By completing your purchase, you agree that your product is made available to you immediately, and you expressly waive your 14-day right of cancellation. In other words, once you have bought and accessed your plan, we are unable to offer a refund.

Faulty or incorrect downloads. This policy does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty or not as described. If there is a genuine problem with your download — such as a broken or corrupted file, or you received the wrong product — please contact us and we will put it right, whether by re-sending the file, fixing it, or providing a refund where appropriate.

2. Coaching subscriptions

1:1 coaching is a monthly subscription, billed monthly in advance and renewing automatically each month. Your first month is a minimum commitment period and cannot be cancelled part-way through, as it covers your initial programme design and onboarding.

After your first month, coaching continues on a rolling monthly basis. You may cancel at any time by giving us at least 14 days' notice before your next billing date. Cancelling stops all future payments. We do not refund the current month once it has begun.

If your circumstances change — for example, through injury or illness — please talk to us. We will always try to be fair.

4. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and will apply to purchases made after the change takes effect.
